Thank you very much… there is actually a myriad of responses to the article all over the internet. They range from the economic difficulties of developing ideas into products to the one where a guy calls us to realize that Walter is a fictional character and is simply a tool for the writer.

For the sake of being original as well as avoiding speaking on matters for which people such as yourself are probably well versed in. I decided to tackle the issue of Africa’s “attitude” towards criticism, ourself and others in general. I did not touch on the “African Intellectuals in the west” except by alluding to the fact that may be they are “recreational martial artists”.

In truth there are no simple answers even answers such as your “doing and being practical” and my “Africa must love itself more” are multi-layered and complex on closer inspection, not to mention they are also interrelated. However I am not one to shun wisdom when it is offered, you seem to have some insight on the “African intellectuals in the west” would love to hear it, unless this is just an arm chair critic thing on your part?
